Peking University Scholarships 2027 in China for International Students

Peking University offers international master's and PhD students the Chinese Government Scholarship (university route, PKU code 10001), the Beijing Government Scholarship and the Peking University Scholarship for International Students. What each one covers depends on the type. The application guide for 2027 entry is not published yet. In the last round, for 2026 entry, applications were open from 20 October to 23 December 2025, Beijing time, with interviews in March and admission notices in late June. The date shown on this page is an estimate based on that round, and some English-taught master's programmes set their own deadlines. Last round the fee was 800 RMB per programme, for up to two programmes, and applicants needed two recommendation letters and a personal statement with a research plan.
