Program Overview

The Rhodes Scholarship brings outstanding people from around the world to the University of Oxford for full-time postgraduate study. It was first awarded in 1902 and is one of the best-known scholarships in the world. The 2027 round is for entry to Oxford in October 2027. You apply through a constituency, which is the country or region you have the strongest connection to. Each constituency has its own eligibility rules, document checklist and deadline, so no single date is shown here. Use the eligibility checker on the Rhodes Trust website to find your constituency and its date. For Pakistan, two scholarships are awarded each year. The 2027 round opened on 1 June 2026 and closed on 5 August 2026 at 23:59 Pakistan time, so it is now closed. Dates for the next round have not been announced. The Pakistan rules and checklist on this page come from the 2027 round and can change. This page was last checked against the Rhodes Trust website on 7 October 2026.
