Program Overview

The Deutschlandstipendium at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) pays 300 euros a month to talented bachelor's and master's students of any nationality, and connects them with partner companies. The funding year runs from 1 October to 30 September. International students who are new to TUM can apply once they have applied for a TUM degree and have an applicant number; exchange students cannot apply. The round for 2026/27 is finished. TUM says the next application period, for the 2027/28 funding year, will take place in the summer of 2027, and it has not published exact dates, so the date shown on this page is only an estimate. The online form is linked on the TUM page only while the application period is open. This page was last checked against the TUM website on 7 October 2026.
